402 Smiles - Thank You!

Earlier this month, I communicated with the We Care Foundation in Liberia about different ways One Moore Book could contribute to the fight against Ebola and its many consequences. Michael Weah, the founder of the We Care Library in Monrovia, informed me that he’d begun a program distributing books and school supplies to out of school children in the most vulnerable neighborhoods of the city.

In the past 3 and a half weeks, One Moore Book has been fundraising to get our books and other school supplies to the We Care family. Our fundraiser ended last night and we are happy to report that we raised funds to send 402 homeschooling kits to Liberian children. Thanks to all who participated and gave.
