
Meet One Moore Bookstore’s new teacher/tutor Queta S. Nahn!
Meet One Moore Bookstore’s new tutor, Queta S. Nahn. Queta graduated from the AME Zion University with a BSC in Sociology and Public Administration. She’s previously worked with the Renew Energy Serving Humanity (RESH) in collaboration with UNICEF, and was a social worker doing the Ebola crisis of 2014. She is currently a Teach For Liberia fellow. One Moore Bookstore is her first assignment.

A former One Moore Book Fellow, Saah is a Liberian-based writer who now blogs for One Moore Book. Saah Millimono is the author of the novel BOY, INTERRUPTED, which received 2nd Place for the Kwani Manuscript Project, a one-off writing prize for African writers across the continent and in the Diaspora. It's Here! The Last Mapou Creole Translation: Dènye Pye Mapou A
In partnership with the Discovering Global Citizenship initiative at Texas Christian University, we were able to produce a Kreyòl translation of Edwidge Danticat's The Last Mapou, which was published by One Moore Book in 2013. Dènye Pye Mapou A was edited by Michel DeGraff and Jacques Pierre, two extraordinary Haitian creolists, and will be distributed to 1,000 students in Haiti through TCU.
